This concept-plan was designed near Városliget in an elegant environment. The usual tenement office-program was adapted into a line of buildings of residence housing, according to regulations, divided into two buildings. While the back building is a standard gap-built-in, and it is only in architectural relations with the one in front, the latter’s deployment and articulation endeavours to align with the surrounding turn-of-the-century buildings. The forming of the mass was determined by the radial floor layout of the first building, just as the facades (window division) shaping.
